From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff making us feel right at home. the room on the 14th floor was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the Washington Monument. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We enjoyed delicious French-influenced American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all while soaking in the fabulous views of Mount Vernon Square and the harbor. the ambience and decor of the hotel, maintaining its historic charm while offering modern amenities, truly impressed us. One aspect that stood out was the exemplary customer service we received. When I accidentally left my Maui Jim sunglasses behind, the staff went above and beyond to locate them and promptly mail them to me in Atlanta. This level of care and attention to detail truly sets Hotel Revival apart. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in Baltimore's charming Mount Vernon cultural district and within walking distance of the University of Maryland at Baltimore. We found it convenient to explore the area's activities, including visits to the National Aquarium in Baltimore and winery tours. In conclusion, Hotel Revival Baltimore exceeded our expectations in every way. the combination of top-notch service, exquisite dining options, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be returning to this gem of a hotel on our future travels.
